Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are a consumer or a business customer entitled to consumer rights under applicable law, you may exercise your statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Returned products must not be used or damaged, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

How to Return a Product?

1. Contact us to inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract: by phone (+48 61 3070036) or by e-mail: kontakt@hotel-supply.pl.
2. Pack the returned product securely to prevent damage during transport.
3. Include your order number or proof of purchase together with the completed Withdrawal Form. The form should have been attached to your order confirmation e-mail. You may also use our standard withdrawal form.
4. Send the parcel to:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable legal regulations and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Information for Business Customers

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by businesses in connection with their commercial activities, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
